Bulk / Large Item Collection: Bulk garbage materials from the Town of Norway can be taken to the Waste Management Metro-Franklin landfill. This service is for RESIDENTIAL properties only. There is a limit of 2 yards of debris per visit. Excludes: Appliances, Electronics, Recyclables, Hazardous Waste and Liquid Materials. Waste Management Metro – Franklin Additionally, Johns Disposal can provide a curbside special pick up service for a minimum fee of $40 to the resident. Please call Johns Disposal for further information or to set up collection of large items, appliances, and recyclable materials. Additionally the Town holds 2 e-cycling events one in the Spring and Fall. The e-cycling in the Spring includes the paper document shredding at the Town Hall. Tentatively in May and September, usually on Saturdays. This event is free to dispose of electronic items and shred paper documents.
