Senior Group Fitness

Stay strong with this body-sculpting senior workout program for men and women (age 55+), that's perfect for all fitness levels.  Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and agility, and to to support the skills required for your daily life activities.  It is advisable that participants have physician's approval before entering this conditioning class.

Offered: Year-round 

What to bring: Hand weights (1-3 lbs.), and seal-able water bottle

What is provided: Fitness balls and exercise bands
