Pilates & Body Ball

Pilates exercise focuses on your body's core "powerhouse" - abdomen, lower back and buttocks to build strength and agility.  These exercises are composed of many controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen, creating long lean muscles without bulk.

Offered: Summer and Fall

What to bring: Hand weights (3-5 lbs. for beginners, 5-8 lbs. for advanced), seal-able water bottle and a mat

What is provided: Fitness balls and exercise bands
