Half Marathon

Are you ready for the next step?  You've ran 5Ks and now you are ready for the next step - your first half marathon (13.1 miles).  This class will get you ready to cross the finish line of your first half marathon and give you the feeling of great accomplishment.

This class assumes you have the ability to run 3 miles 3-4 times a week.  The Norway/Waterford/Rochester trail will be utilized for most of the training.  It is advisable that you have physician's approval before entering this class.
